Shawn Hamill had built a successful career. He was on the fast track to climb the corporate ladder. His business travels took him all over North America, including many popular tourist destinations.
While his assent to the Ivory Tower was serving him quite well financially, it was a "safe life" - never a part of the plan he had envisioned for himself growing up. This life wasn't serving him spiritually. While he was paying the bills he had lost touch with his Dreamer Self while he was spending 70-100 nights per year in a hotel room, away from the family that he loved . Feeling uninspired, burnt out, and lonely, he longed for the best life he envisioned as a kid. A life of purpose, fulfilment and freedom.

So Shawn did something about it.

He turned in his corporate badge, and started his own business. which afforded him the freedom he needed to pursue his best life. Then Shawn and his wife Leanne sold their home and embarked on their dream adventure - going sailing.

With them came his son Daeyten, and their two Alaskan Malamute dogs. Abandoning all that they knew, they found a freedom that many can only dream about. For Shawn and Leanne it was a dream made reality which saved their  lives!

It answered the question of whether there is more to life with a resounding YES!
